Refund Policy

Returns

If the use of our products has directly triggered a skin reaction, you may return the item(s) to us or request for an exchange within 30 days starting from the day of your order being successfully delivered. The customer is to bear all costs of delivery for the return of items until it has been successfully delivered back to us.

Cliara reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which do not meet the eligibility criteria.


RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

Contact us to request for a return or an exchange (info@hmarktrading.com). Your message should contain the Order Number, as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. We will not entertain return or exchange requests if the order has not been delivered. 

We will revert back to you on the instructions on how to return.

Please do not attempt to make a return without notifying us beforehand, as we will not entertain any returns processed in this manner.

Please allow up to 14 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays), for action of your return.

Our policy lasts 30 days after the tracking status shows delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 


Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@hmarktrading.com and send your item to our warehousing partner:

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
